Black Line Exchanges and Returns

Shoppers have four days from receiving their garment(s) to request an exchange or refund. Please note, however, that refunds and exchanges are only allowed for ready-made items that are defective or not as described. Also, kindly note as a general rule, returns are only accepted if the garment has returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached. Returns outside the return period will be subject to approval by the Designer and Black-line.ae, regardless if the item is still sealed or not.
